God has not promised that we will not have trials and hardships. He does not promise us no rocky roads and rough storms. What he does promise us though is that he will be with us through those storms. He will hold our hand through the dark unknown night. He carries us over seemingly impassable bridges and gives us courage to keep going. We are not alone. He does not leave us to fend for ourselves. God has promised to be our shelter, our strength, and our guide. He is with us wherever we go.
